Savor The Date : About The Designer

Toby began drawing when she was a tot, filling sketchbooks with self portraits, comic strips and Walt Disney characters. In high school she took her first of what would be many nude figure drawing classes, and today she still loves to capture poses; namely (clothes-wearing) brides, grooms and families. She works out of her home in San Francisco where she lives with her husband, Dave, and their inquisitive daughter, Mona.

Savor The Date was created for the vibrant, giddy and colorful bride who savors the planning process, yet never loses sight of what her wedding is all about. Taking a cue from our brides who have returned over the years for baby shower invitations and holiday cards that illustrate their growing families, we now cater to anyone wanting to drop a truly unique "hello there" into the mailbox, long after her wedding day is over.

Each illustration is hand drawn and printed in full color on sturdy cover weight cardstock. What sets us apart is the amount of detail we put into each illustration. We thoroughly consider every aspect of your photos - from poses and gestures to backgrounds and atmosphere - to create a truly unique composition. We work with you closely to ensure you get the most out of your portrait, incorporating pets, hobbies, hairstyles, accessories, clothing, occupation, and location.
